Can I really get my hair cut at home?
Yes — I can work anywhere as long as there’s space. All you need to prepare is a mirror and a chair. I bring a floor sheet to place beneath the chair, and I take all the cut hair away with me when I leave. Your home will be clean when I’m done.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a mirror and a chair. A well-lit room is ideal so we can both see clearly. The mirror doesn’t need to be large — something you can see your face in is enough. I bring everything else.
What happens on the day? Can you walk me through it?
Once you’ve confirmed the booking, I’ll come to your home at the agreed time. I’ll lay down a floor sheet, we’ll have a quick chat about what you’d like, and then I’ll get started. After the cut, I tidy up and take the hair clippings with me. The whole thing usually takes 20–40 minutes depending on hair length.
Where should I set up?
Anywhere that isn’t too cramped or dark works fine. A well-lit spot — near a window, for example — makes it easier for both of us.
Do you cut children’s hair?
Yes, children are welcome. I work with kids of all ages. Group bookings with adults and children together are also available — see the services page for pricing.
Can you communicate in Japanese?
Yes — sessions can be conducted entirely in Japanese or English, whichever you prefer.
Are perms or colouring available?
Not at the moment — these require salon equipment that I can’t bring to your home. I’m looking into renting a salon space on specific days for those services in the future.
Is shampoo or blow-dry styling included?
No — shampoo and styling are not part of the service. You’re welcome to wash your hair with your own shampoo after the cut.
Are there any discounts?
Yes — group discounts are available for bookings of 2 or more people at the same location. See the services page for full pricing.
How do I pay?
Most clients pay via Tikkie. Cash is also welcome. I also accept USDC for those who prefer it.
How do I make a booking?
The quickest way is via WhatsApp or LINE. You can also use the contact form. I reply within 3 hours between 8:00 and 22:00.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Of course — just let me know whenever you need to change plans. I don’t charge cancellation fees. Life happens, and I’d rather keep things flexible.
